Remission is a commodity that can have a profound effect on our lives, but it's also a commodity that's often not fully understood. If we can truly forgive, we are also apt to fully transform our lives and move on to live full and fulfilled lives. On the other hand, if, like many people, we find it extremely delicate or intractable, we fall into a dark captivity and are not fit to see the light of day. We are consumed by past wrongs and grievances and are unable to focus on the future. Our minds are filled with dark, dangerous studies, our sense of wrong is acute, and we constantly re-edit the scenes of these cuts and wounds. Indeed, as we engage in daily conditioning, this feeling of injury is like a shadow hanging over us. It is unsolvable to live an enlightened and blameless life if we feel that we are limited and limited in some way. In most cases, we don't know why we feel suppressed in some way, we just know that we are.
many of us like to hang on to our passions of injustice or blame and harbor studies of revenge. They are like old musketeers for us and we are slowly replacing them. As long as we are satisfied with these "musketeers", we will not move properly in our lives and we will grow and develop.
Another important aspect to consider is self-forgiveness. many of us condemn ourselves for going through goods in our lives that have had unfortunate consequences. We worry about it and keep blaming ourselves. We will accept no defense for our gesture and feel that our performance misfortune was deserved. We continue our lives in this sad way, wallowing in our unhappiness and steadfastly refusing to change our thinking. It is a fact that we forgive others more easily than ourselves.
We must remember that whether we like it or not, we ourselves are responsible for attracting positive or negative events or happenings into our lives. This is a proven fact and I covered it in my book "A Better Hereafter". We must realize that we have created the anger, guilt, and nastiness that can be in our lives. If we ask to change our circumstances, we must first stop judging others or ourselves. If we are apt to produce and attract unfortunate effects in our lives, it also follows that we can choose to fill our reality with good and positive effects and literally produce a better future.
It will take a lot of thinking and soul searching to change our thinking. We must prepare the climate where we say goodbye to our old prejudices and passions of pain and guilt. We must see the destructive effect it has had on our lives thus far. If we are serious about moving on and creating a better life, we also need to rise above petty grievances. We make a living free of blame and negativity.
Is it easy to learn to forgive? Of course not, but the price is so great that the effort to change will be worth it. This process will require a lot of honesty and critical analysis. We must treat each other hard squarely and see both sides of every dispute or incident that has upset us in history. Have we ever given another person the benefit of the doubt? sometimes, when we go into detail about some old conflict, we realize that the effects weren't just black and white. We must constantly remind ourselves that bitterness and negative feelings block the free flow of life and prevent correction.
In my book, I acknowledge that I am my own healer. I am going through the journey of gradually conditioning the mind to sow and flourish remission. I do this through relaxation, visualization and affirmations.
When we get to the stage where we can truly forgive others and/or ourselves, our lives are turned around. We also begin to witness freedom and joy that we did not believe existed. We have finally freed ourselves from the obstacle that previously locked us. We enjoy life in a natural and unencumbered way. It can be done smoothly without the use of drugs, chemical treatments or psychotherapy. Drugs can be addictive and psychotherapy can be really valuable.
