Your brain is truly remarkable. It affects the functioning of virtually every other part of your body. Yet so often we spend more time and energy taking care of our body than our brain and nervous system.
This may be partly because our knowledge of how the brain works is relatively new and still expanding. It takes time for research to be widely disseminated and disseminated in a way that a broad following can absorb and act upon. As wisdom progresses, data becomes clearer. We can really benefit from taking care of our brain health.
Until fairly recently, experts believed that our brains were fully formed during our youth and that they changed little, if at all, once we reached adulthood. We now know that the brain is an amazingly malleable organ that is constantly changing in response to our conditioning, our experiences, and the stimuli in the world around us.

Much research has now shown that we can influence these brain changes and improve our brain's performance in many situations. Several factors contribute to how the brain changes and adapts as we progress. We can promote positive change by using some of the same strategies we depend on for our physical health while adding in fitness designed for brain health. Then here are just a few tips to help you heal your brain and yourself in the most stylish way possible.
Eat Right  A good diet is as important to our brain as it is to our body. many of the nutrients required for physical health also support brain health. To illustrate, we know that Omega-3 fatty acids have benefits for heart health. Recent research shows that they also play an important role in brain structure as well as balanced cognitive functioning. Likewise, vitamin D is required for bone health, but it appears that it is also required for our internal health. Some experts believe that many people with depression are deficient in vitamin D. The brain and body are really fat.  Research shows that eating a wide variety of different foods and sticking to a mostly factory-based, whole foods menu is one of the really stylish ways to keep your brain and body healthy.
Regular exercise  Aerobic exercise supplies additional oxygen-rich blood to the brain. This aids his ability to reuse new information and also improves memory function. Research has also shown that exercise of almost any kind affects brain chemistry, improves mood, and alleviates negative inner states such as anxiety.
