Tuition: a boon or a curse

Through education, the child also completes schoolwork and prepares for upcoming tests (within the class). The instructor's hard work is useful in regular exams. The child also depends further on the instructor. He goes to the academy only for Namamatra.
Our goal is not to stop the practice of training or torture teachers into a moral position. If they earn some wealth by giving knowledge to children, that is also not harmful. But if a teacher becomes an instructor and ignores his academic responsibilities and pays attention to specific teaching, he too commits moral wrong doing.
Currently, an instructor earns 25,000-50,000 rupees per month just through teaching. However, they also shouldn't do tutoring in seminars if they can do it. They should be fully involved in the work of education so that more teachers can be appointed in the seminaries. It would not be logical to sink to the bottom in two ships.
Many teachers provide education on the condition that children will study from them in the upcoming academic session as well. This state is also beyond sense and against morality. Fragmentarily from this it is also the duty of such teachers to educate some children who cannot ride heavy educational expenses at a reasonable cost. Due to the lack of plutocrats far and wide, it is not possible. It is also the duty of a teacher to take care of some poor/backward sections of the society.
Private coaching is also provided for entry into specific courses. IT, IIM And it is not easy to get admission in other institutions. Thus, professionally trained teachers give guidance to scholars.  These guidance institutes have spread all over Indo Pakistan. Their monthly cost ranges from Rs 1000 to Rs 5000. Currently, Class X scholars are also fighting for admission in these institutions.
We didn't like turning education into a business. But this trend cannot be stopped. Privatization, globalization and the free trade system dominate far and wide. Of course, the privatization of education was also inevitable. We have to absorb the changing values.
Now comes rare tutorials and effective/capable tutorials. It is not necessary that there is also an expensive instructor, a competent and good teacher. In this age of propaganda and distraction, every individual or institution is elevated to the seventh heaven by the media. But its capacities can be negligible. therefore, scholars should choose their preceptors carefully.
It is not necessary for a teacher tutoring in an academy or board to educate at home or in an institute. Some kids are pissed off that their instructor will see fit to tell them about the question papers in the monthly test (since he probably created the question paper). This trend is bad. scholars should avoid similar enterprises and elections (of preceptors). As an instructor, they should choose similar teachers with whom they can align their thoughts and communication.
After that, they and their instructor will have to work hard. One cannot obtain fruit without hard work. Whether it's in an academy or council setting, whether it's from a training centre. Fragmentary of that, academy or board studies are also a usable basis for study in training centres. It should not be ignored.
In short, there is a high probability that almost all scholars will go to learning centers. Calling an instructor at home is rare. There is a trend of group training, but the chances of scholars getting full knowledge from the instructor are decreasing. Group coaching is affordable. Scholars may also spend additional expenses on specific subjects and courses. We are of the opinion that scholars should read education from the same teachers who have complete knowledge about the right course and exam trends.
